Special Selection Fu Chuk Siew Mai 腐竹烧卖
- Big fat fu chuk siew mai made with fresh fish and pork paste.
- Serve either deep fried with mayonnaise or steam and dip it with sweet or chili sauce.
Please take note on Cooking Instruction:
- For Steaming: No Defrost Needed, Heat Up the Steamer at High Temperature and Steam for 15 Minutes.
- For Deep Fried: Defrost and Deep Fried with Oil at Medium High Heat for 3-5 Minutes.
- 用新鲜的鱼和猪肉酱制成的腐竹烧卖。
- 油炸后与蛋黄酱搭配,或蒸了蘸上甜酱或辣椒酱食用。
烹饪说明:
- 蒸:无需解冻,将蒸锅加热至高温,蒸15分钟。
油炸:解冻并用油在中高温下油炸 3-5 分钟。
