Please take note on Cooking Instruction:
Method 1:
- No Defrost Needed, Immerse whole packaging in Hot/Boiling Water for 10 Minutes.
- Remove from Packaging and Pot Simmer for 2-3 minutes and you're Ready to Serve.
Method 2:
- Defrost and Remove from Packaging and Pot Simmer for 5-6 minutes with Medium High Heat until Boiled
烹饪说明：

- 将肉从包装里取出，用锅煮2-3分钟，就可以食用了

- 解冻，将肉从包装里取出，用锅中高温煮5-6分钟，就可以食用了
