During the ordering process, you will be prompted to select a preferred delivery time. Your products will be delivered in accordance with the chosen delivery time.
2. What is the delivery area covered by your service?
Our delivery service covers the Klang Valley, which includes Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. However, please be advised that our outstation delivery services to areas such as Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam, and Banting are temporarily closed.

Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
4. What are your delivery times?
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Last call at 3:00 PM)
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Last call at 10:00 AM)
- Sundays & Public Holiday : OFF
5. Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept multiple forms of payment, which include credit cards, online banking, and e-wallets.
Discounts and Bulk Purchases:
6. Are there any discounts available for bulk purchases?
At present, we are not offering any discounts for bulk purchases. Nevertheless, you can stay informed about our most recent promotions and activities by following us on Facebook and Instagram.
7. I'd like to pick up the order in person. Could you please share your store's address?

8. How much is the delivery fee?
For orders within the Klang Valley:
- Lalamove: The delivery fee starts from RM5 and varies based on your specific location.
- MrSpeedy Flat Rate Delivery: There is a fixed delivery fee of RM20.
Additionally, orders totaling RM199 and above will be eligible for free delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
9. Under what circumstances can we initiate a return?
Normally, our customers can initiate a return if there are issues with the product packaging, such as leaking or damage that affects the product's integrity, or if the product's condition is compromised, such as when the received products have turned bad or become unconsumable.

11. What exactly is meant by "Store credit"?
"Store credit" is a credit balance for future purchases. Approved refunds are provided as store credit, which has no expiry date. This credit can also be used for promotions we offer.
12. I placed an order, but it got automatically canceled. Can you please explain why?
If your order was automatically canceled, it could be because the transaction wasn't completed within 24 hours.
13. How should I cook the product once I receive it?
Upon receiving the product, you will find cooking or reheating instructions on the packaging. Simply follow these instructions to ensure that your food is prepared and cooked perfectly.
14. If I immerse the product and its packaging in boiling water after it boils, will the packaging melt?
Our packaging is crafted from food-grade vacuum bags with a melting point well above 100 degrees Celsius, which is higher than the temperature of boiling water. You can confidently immerse the product and its packaging in boiling water without any concern about melting.

15. If I immerse the product and its packaging in boiling water after it boils, could it be harmful to my health?
Our packaging is made from food-grade vacuum bags, specifically designed to withstand such conditions without posing any harm.
