Please take note on Cooking Instruction:
Method 1:
- No Defrost Needed, Immerse whole packaging in Hot/Boiling Water for 15 Minutes.
- Remove from Packaging and Pan Sear for 2-3 minutes with Low Heat and you're Ready to Serve.
Method 2:
- Defrost and Remove from Packaging and Pan Sear for 5-6 minutes with High Heat until Cooked.
烹饪说明:
方式一
- 不需解冻,只需将未开封的包装袋子在开水里煮15分钟
- 将肉从包装里取出,用平底锅低温煎2-3分钟,就可以食用了
方式二
- 解冻,将肉从包装里取出,用平底锅高温煎5-6分钟,就可以食用了
